Dust, or something 'other worldly'?

I’ve always been sceptical about orbs, firmly believing they’re nothing more than dust particles floating around in the air. However, something interesting happened recently. I’ve had a camera set up in my living room for the past month or so, and during all that time, I haven’t noticed anything unusual - until now. Strangely enough, this occurred on my dad’s birthday.

Even with this timing, I’m still inclined to believe it’s just dust, especially since it was windy yesterday and my house is quite draughty. That said, I realise some of you might see this differently or interpret it as something more meaningful.
